Fling Kings Jr 2.2" Tires, Blue Compound, 1pr
In the realm of the Mega Truck, there's nothing better than a fresh set of deep tread tractor tires. One of the aliases of the mud tires, "Rice and Cane", refers to the purpose they were originally designed for within the farming and agricultural industry. The 2.2" Fling Kings by JConcepts are the first RC Mega Truck tire, specifically designed to throw mud, dirt, gravel, and grass just like the real thing. The 1:1 tires were hand-cut to produce the most wicked looking tires on the block, and the JConcepts tires are uniquely built to replicate that. However, deep tread remains to do the "mega" terrain damage that drivers and enthusiasts crave.
Fling Kings are designed for a JConcepts 2.2" wheel (#3380), making them aggressive in appearance. The bead of the tire features the traditional 2 step surface which provides a massive amount of area for glue, creating the utmost security for full-throttle mud runs. The V-type tread is replicated perfectly, and the top of the tread has a slight recess, adding a little touch of depth to the appearance. On the sidewall, retro style JConcepts lettering, and the Fling King logo and crown stand out.
The soft "blue" compound, which is recommended for dirt, grass, and asphalt, feels noticeably mushy and sticky, and has expanding characteristics that tend to "pizza cutter" during flat out high-speed runs. Fling King tires include open cell "React" inserts to support the grippy tires. The Fling Kings measure in at 5.50 x 2.5 x 2.2", and fit directly to JConcepts wheels.

The JConcepts tires mount directly to the Midwest 2.2" wheel (#3380) which feature 12mm interchangeable offset adaptors for different width adjustments. The Fling Kings will dig hard and test the performance, durability, and power of any RC vehicle. Its encouraged to choose running conditions carefully, beef up your rig to handle the grip, and get ready for a wild dirt roosting RC experience. The Fling Kings are specifically designed to work with vehicles such as the Traxxas Stampede, Rustler, SMT10 and 2.2" based monster trucks.
The JConcepts designers have opened the imagination to create a 2.2" performance crawling tire. The Landmines, developed over a year of testing, tuning and analysis have reached the summit and are available to the crawling enthusiast.
The Landmines have alternating solid and cavity pads which is ideal for transitioning from smooth dirt or pavement into dirt, mud, and rocky terrain. Moving toward the edges of the carcass, the tire has horizonal grippy pads with edge and channels to provide additional forward climbing bite.
Down within the tread, a lightning pattern, knob plots and connector bars pull the design together to work together at shallow and deep sinking positions. Once power is applied to the vehicle, the tread spacing opens which allows for deep digging, making it a great working tire in dirt and muddy conditions. As the tread rolls down the sidewall, a whole new course of tread and side-lugging is applied. A grippy radial ring provides a consistent rubber contact patch in pinched conditions while in the vertical plane, new traction bars alternate between angular and island mapping for squeeze grip.
The flexibility of the green compound combined with the lug arrangement gives the tire a grippy feel but still maintains that all important scale and performance look. The overall height provides plenty of ground clearance for an abundance of terrain and bossed side-wall logos read with beauty and balance. The tires include a medium, open cell foam insert capable of standing up to the super soft compound but flexible enough for sharp terrain. Battlefield, watch-out, Landmines are taking over.

The Hold
JConcepts The Hold has an assertive Purpose-built 1.0” sculpted crawling tread design that adeptly tackles diverse scale off-road landscapes. Prominent horizontal traction bars secure grip on a wide range of surfaces. The tread tip initiates a downward shift, unveiling an additional gripping flat bar, enhancing traction. Angular segments during bar transitions add stability, edginess, and multi-directional capability, slicing through varied environments with ease.
These 63mm JConcepts tires add super scale appearance to 1/24th scale off-road crawlers. The sidewall design of The Hold is captivating, featuring peaks at the outer edges and a finely detailed alternating tread pattern that provides distinct edging. Strategically placed design features offer enhanced flexibility where required.

The Hold 1.9"
JConcepts "The Hold" scale performance tire brings an aggressive tread pattern while still offering scale looks to match your rig. Using large horizontal traction bars "The Hold" tire gives the user traction in a wide range of terrains. From loose dirt, grass, mud or rocks these offer fantastic all around performance. Offered in the 4.75" size these offer the large sizer needed to clear obstacles while still looking appropriate on a scale 1/10 crawler.
The flexibility of the "super soft" green compound combined with the lug design gives the tire a grippy feel but still maintains the integrity of the tire without deforming under harsh loads. Animal 1/10 Short Course Truck Paddle Tires (Yellow Compound)
One of the best ways to sling the dirt and sand is with the Animal tire by JConcepts. The large paddle rear tire is the go-to for blasting the dunes, cutting through the dust, sand, and dirt, and spraying rooster-tails against the competition. The 3.0" x 2.2" carcass has strategically placed upper paddles with a scoop shape to thrust into any patch of terrain and blow right through it. The carcass features mock cut-off paddle sections, which is a common sight in 1:1 paddle tires.
One of the most important factors in driving on loose dirt is the ability to track the vehicle in a straight-line. The Animal tire is made to excel during long straight sections of bashing and flat-out high-speed runs across the sand dunes. The tire is built in the durable and grippy yellow compound, which gives support and traction in mixed conditions. The tire is held in shape by a closed cell insert for extra cushion.
